Anita is a passionate and seasoned Leader, Business Development Consultant, Career Counselor, Social Entrepreneur, Author and Mentor with over 10 years experience as a Senior Administrator in Institutions of Higher Learning.  Anita leads the team at Shine Leadership International. 

She is an Alumni of the Institute of National Transformation in Uganda where she underwent an Executive Leadership Course. She is a Certified Trainer and Mentor. She holds a Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Masters of Business Administration (MBA)-Management from Nkumba University, an online Diploma in Strategic Management and a Certificate in Managing Human Resource.

Anita presently sits on Boards such as the Nkumba University Council, Kansanga Tertiary Institutions Community SACCO among others.

She is the Author of 2 books, "The Campus Challenge - How to Survive and Excel at the University" and "Dear Young Adult".

She believes that the youth are the leaders of today and tomorrow and it is therefore our responsibility to nurture, guide and equip them with Leadership and Entrepreneurship Skills that they need to thrive in the world of work.
